MANOR PLACE

At the rear of our Clients’ small basement flat was a triangular pice of ground with high walls on all sides, it didn’t belong to them but no-one else could access it.

We helped them negotiatate the purchase of the ground from the ground floor flat and effectively just put a glass roof over it then opened it up to their kitchen which was tiny, very dark, very dingy. It’s difficult to photograph because it’s so small but this transformed their kitchen and gave them a lovely light filled cosy space to sit in all year round. It can’t be more than 8 square metres in area but it’s one of our favourite projects
