DIVINO WINE BAR
Edinburgh
Our Client owns a small chain of successful Italian restaurants in Edinburgh.
He bought an existing restaurant, which, due to its unusual topography, had an existing restaurant with a large, unused space, four storeys below it with its own entrance from a different street. There were numerous logistical issues to be carefully solved, but it was valuable space that would otherwise have gone to waste.
From this dark, dingy and damp, semi-underground space a spacious yet cosy and intimate restaurant has been created, overcoming unusual access difficulties to become a multi-award winning venue.
