MANNERSTON FARM

A category B listed farm steading adjacent to our Client’s house.

They wished to sell their house and convert the steading into their retirement home. Included in their requirements were a workshop and a tapestry studio.

The Clients, both recently retired, were to act as the main contractor with a team of trades under joint control carrying out the works.

The project was not without its challenges, not least the theft of the existing cast iron columns necessitating the sourcing of replacements. A beautiful and comfortable home full of character was the end result.
