Our Clients had purchased a large but rather shabby house in an enviable location on the outskirts of Edinburgh.

We refurbished the whole house, made a few internal alterations to make better use of space and improved the bathroom provision. At ground floor we took away a rather unsympathetic conservatory and replaced it with a large oak framed orangery which was open to the kitchen and entered from the hall allowing views through the house to the rear garden and flooding the new and old spaces with light.
