WESTMILN STEADING

One of our first projects was to alter and refurbish a beautiful Regency villa on an estate near Bridge of Earn, this secluded steading was on the estate and was purchased by a friend of the owners to create herself a holiday home. The steading was in extremely poor condition, beside it was a tiny farmhouse which had been uninhabited for several decades. The existing steading was virtually rebuilt and extended to form an extremely stylish and comfortable home, the farmhouse refurbished as self contained guest accommodation. To complete the project extensive landscaping was carried out which has now matured to create a stunning home in a fabulous location.
